Ohnstad Painting and Stucco completely transformed our childcare center (Civic League Day Nursery, CLDN) which is housed and operating in the Historic Balfour Home in SW Rochester MN. Kevin and his team were amazing! They needed to work around 70 children attending out center and did so by assuring timing and safety. Their team not only repaired aging stucco. They scraped, primed and painted the original cedar siding of our facility which is on the National Historic Register. Finally, the rotting, massive corbels on the mansion were crumbling and were a home to to many resident starlings and pigeons, Kevin and his team rebuild them and finished them off with copper caps! Amazing work and company! Shout out to John (foreman) who is an extremely experienced painter and professional. The Ohnstad team is our first call for interior repair as well! BTW, I hired Ohnstad painting to restore our 1913 craftsman home and barn because they are so good. People stop by the childcare center (and our home) and ask, who DID THIS?) Ohnstad did!
